If it doesn't have a breakaway leather portion, he could get himself snagged on something and hurt himself. OK, I will step off my safety soapbox now, lol. :-)Frizzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03084225669041286128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9044831604914286008.post-54610343819575213152012-02-06T22:24:29.535-06:002012-02-06T22:24:29.535-06:00Animals with trust issues are so heart breaking.Animals with trust issues are so heart breaking.Domhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00139769676714813261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9044831604914286008.post-73090532577258091752012-02-06T20:35:09.412-06:002012-02-06T20:35:09.412-06:00I understand your pain with Zep. He(/She) had 30 mins to come near me to eat dinner or breakfast. If they didn't, they would have an opportunity at the next feeding. Eventually "hunger" won out and now my donkey will not only come up to you for dinner, but is also required to pet me by rubbing her head on my outstretched hand. No rub? No dinner, to this day. Lots of baby steps, have to be near me, have to let me touch you, have to let me pet you then was you have to pet me, but it worked. Good luck!appydoesdressagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03247747981543003242noreply@blogger.com
