Chrome is doing great, but that one incision still looks a little iffy so I did get some antibiotics for him, just to be on the safe side. :) Hopefully I'll be able to gets some pictures of the horses and donkey tomorrow. I feel bad not posting any, but since my boss has been sick I've been working from the time I get up in the morning until it gets dark outside. Yuck. One of the worse parts about winter is these short, short days.
Better safe than sorry; glad you got the meds.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad it's summer here. I'll look forward to the pics. Glad Chrome is dong okay.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad he's healing well. Does he act any differently?
ReplyDeleteEmme, yeah that's how I feel about it too. I always try to be safe than sorry, probably to the point of being paranoid hehe.
ReplyDeleteRuffles, I wish it was summer here lol. I'm glad you're enjoying yours. :D
Fantastyk, do you mean act differently because of the infection or because of the gelding? Actually the answer to both questions is no. The infection isn't bothering him. He's his normal happy, silly self. As for the gelding, it's too soon to tell. It take a month for all of the testosterone to leave his body and it can take up to six months for them to forget their stallion behaviors. :)
