The goats are named! I... think...

 His face is so light!!

So.. I think I've decided on names for the goats... finally!

Introducing....

Rebel!

...and...

Yankee!

I wanted themed names (so I would remember them haha), but not human names.  As much as I loved the idea of using Fred and George, the mischievous twins from Harry Potter, I just have always felt weird calling animals by human names.  I'm weird I know.  So I was thinking of themed ideas that weren't human names and thought of Rebel and Yankee.  I called the brown goat Rebel because he's the more rebellious, adventurous one and the white goat Yankee because that's what was left haha.  So what do you think?  Cute?  Stupid?  Funny?  Politically incorrect and I'm going to offend someone?  These days it's likely.  Anything to do with the Civil War seems to offend people these days.  I don't want my goats to become a political discussion though.  I just want cute, themed names!

Anyway, enough of that.  Now on to the Chrome spam just because he's awesome!

Getting so flea-bitten on the face!

 Those gorgeous eyelashes!

His face has gotten so light!

If his face is any indicator he's going to be heavily flea-bitten.  Yay!

Sunset eyes!  I was wearing an orange sweater.  It made his eye look awesome!

He needs a haircut.  His mohawk fell over and looks pathetic hehe.

Contemplating mischief while Jackal isn't looking...

Still contemplating mischief lol.
If you haven't met my new cat check out my other blog HERE.

Now so you know I'm not ignoring the others.

Rocky!  Giving his signature side eye.

Led Zeppelin, playing peek-a-boo at sunset with Yankee in the background.

Zep and Rebel.  I love evening light.

 Rebel.

I haven't been up to much.  Sorry I haven't been posting, but things are boring right now I guess.  That's not always a bad thing compared to how the new year started lol.  I'll take boring right now!  I took all of these pictures with hubby's new work phone (they all got upgrades).  It has a 21MP camera and I must move too much because they are a bit fuzzy.  I just have to relearn how to use it.  Have I mentioned how much I really don't care for using phone cameras??  That's all I have right now though so it will have to suffice.  I really want a new camera, but with vet bills and everything it's just not in the cards anytime soon.  I hope you all are doing well!  I'm trying to get caught up on blogs, but it's very slow.

  1. I love the names! Looking at the horses, I suspect that Rebel is the one who has been tearing out Chrome's tail hair, but Yankee is a funny name since the horns yank out horse hair. They yankee your horsey hair.

  6. Great names.
Do goats need stuff? Picturing little goat halters, or maybe blankets lol. If they do - Yankee's can be blue, and Rebel's can be grey. ;D

    1. Thanks! That would be perfect colors for them. I'll have to see if I can find some halters or maybe make something. Well I guess I need to tame them first lol!!
